The Working Life

We believe cultivating an uplifting environment is key in balancing daily hard work and dedication. Business does not have to be boring and tedious….especially creative business. We don’t take ourselves too seriously and strive to be a no-yawn zone.

While we work hard, we encourage our team to take care of themselves, leave work on time and enjoy personal days and vacations. You won’t be slaving away at 6 pm or  working weekends here, unless that’s your jam. And the office is closed between Christmas and New Year’s Day, so we can enjoy family, friends and maybe some #PDXsnow.

Job Perks

We offer a competitive salary, health insurance, generous 401(k) savings plan, flexible schedule, personal days, and a dog-friendly office plus monthly fun and creative team experiences.

Our office is located in fabulous downtown Lake Oswego, with easy, free parking and walking access to cafes and coffee bars.

In 2017, our team took our first 7-day retreat: a Celebrity Cruise to Alaska. We’re pretty proud of the extensive Procedures Manual we created in between whale watching, hiking, and supporting our amateur karaoke team.
