What The Pros Are Saying: Design Aglow Albums

Today we received a lovely note from Jamie of Jamie Vinson Photography. She shares, "Design Aglow Albums are excellent - from the ordering to the prompt delivery, to the exceptional quality. The FAQ and templates are also easy to navigate and use.

Clients can’t get over how soft and luxurious the fabrics are, and are always impressed with how thick and sturdy each page is.

To promote them, I include information and images of albums in both my Welcome Guide (sent with each inquiry) and also on my website. I stress the importance of walking away from the portrait/wedding experience with tangible, high quality products wherever and whenever I can. I also like to bring albums to my sessions and client meetings, because once they’ve touched them and seen them in person they can really appreciate how beautiful they are, and also how different they are from anything they could obtain themselves.

I use AlbumStomp to design my albums, and Album Prufr to share proofs with clients and solicit feedback and changes. It truly makes album design a breeze. Also, because it’s such a quick process I can easily whip up a sample album once a client has viewed their gallery, send it over via Album Prufr, and that often helps push them over the edge to purchase one once they’ve seen how great they can look.

Overall, Design Aglow Albums are an excellent value and comparable to much higher priced albums that I have seen."

Hi, I'm Casey, a floral and visual designer, specializing in creating stylized events and gatherings. More than that, I love putting together visuals for retail and residential spaces utilizing natural components and botanical elements. Serving as the Creative Director for PlantShed, a full service, floral boutique in Manhattan, I have worked closely with high fashion and couture designers, bespoke interior design firms, and textile companies to help produce cohesive and thoughtful designs. While typically inspired by nature and organic shapes, I enjoy experimenting with more structured design concepts, botanical textures, and other far-reaching design aesthetics. But I never really meant to live in New York City. I came here in 2011 to spend a summer and potentially expand my career as a floral designer. Landing odd jobs and working freelance in the industry was exciting and stressful at first, though I eventually found a home at PlantShed, a New York based floral and plant company. So, let me tell you about PlantShe

I started my photography career in 1990 and, as expected from a traditional film photographer, my career followed a familiar path that transitioned to shooting digital.
