Hi there! My name is Beth and I've owned and operated my photography business, Elizabeth Wells Photography, for the past 8 years. Photography for me started as a basic interest which grew into a passion when my husband and I decided to start a family together. Being able to work and provide for my family while also having a flexible schedule as a new mom was so important to me. It's the best thing that I could have ever done for myself and my family.
I specialize in wedding photography. My style is candid and unposed, with a focus on adventure and epic landscapes.
I've always loved weddings and being able to share my weekends with amazing couples who have chosen me as their photographer is the best. I love getting to meet new people and being surrounded by all the love and friendship that is present on a wedding day.
In a world that is so saturated with social media sharing, to new photographers I'd suggest putting your head down and giving your work your full attention. It's too easy to get wrapped up in the comparison game, but it's never worth it. Put that time and energy into your own business. Success doesn't come overnight, but instead with hard work, determination and countless hours behind your camera and in front of your computer.
The thing that keeps me the most balanced during wedding season is making time to travel and also shooting more personal projects. It inspires me and gives me a fresh perspective.

I love physical products so much. There is nothing quite like seeing photographs in print. I like to gift my couples prints so that they can also see how amazing it is to turn a digital image into a physical keepsake.

I never knew that owning my own business would be so much work. I wish I would have known the time and effort that would go into the business side of things. With that said, putting up with the business part is totally worth owning a company that allows me to be creative.
For me, witnessing and photographing couples in love reminds me of my own love that I share with my husband and family. It renews my perspective and allows me to love my people better.
