My new natural light studio has helped me tremendously in growing my business. Not only does it give me a wonderful alternative to our insanely fluctuating Texas weather, but it's allowed me the room to expand and offer so many other options to my clients. I'm able to carry out my large, styled mini sessions throughout the year.. even when it's 109 degrees outside.

While I know my clients appreciate the gallery space, I think the biggest impact the space has had is in my own sense of confidence. Knowing that I have control over the entire client experience (rather than meeting at a coffee shop where so much is left up to chance) allows me to make great use of my gift of hospitality. The "WOW" factor the space has been huge, and that in itself has boost my confidence a hundred-fold!

I have made my studio special by adding so much of my personality and style to it. I love vintage. I love handmade. I love natural fibers with lots of texture. I incorporate those things in my studio with beautiful hardwood floors, my reclaimed barnwood background, collections of cozy vintage quilts, and props and beautiful handmade hats, wraps and headbands for newborns and babies that come to my studio. I spend countless hours creating new things for my space and new ways to utilize existing things I have in new ways.
