Letter To Our Print Customers

Letter To Our Print Customers

Hello friends,

We’re reaching out to you today with an update about Design Aglow Print. As you may or may not know, we have spent the last 2 years developing the Print software (beginning as Polished by Design) as a solution to many of the problems we were hearing from you, our customers:

    • Having to purchase our templates and then have them printed through a pro lab
    • The frustrations of having to own/download/use Photoshop/editing software
    • ROES. We don’t really need to elaborate on this one, do we?
    • & more

We set out on the task, to create a platform where you can use all of our templates AND have them printed through a lab, without having to download or use any additional software, and here we are a few years later with Design Aglow Print. We’re SO proud of what we’ve done from scratch, and the support you have given us along the way, through testing and glitches and learning how to navigate the new site. However, we still have a long way to go in reaching all our goals for the platform.

Because of the extreme cost of development, and the time it has taken away from other projects, we have decided to pause further investments in our Print division at this time.

Users will have until January 31st, 2018 to purchase our customize and click products,
including welcome packets, marketing sets, workflow items, and cards. After that time, the platform will be pulled from the Design Aglow site. Please be sure to purchase anything you need in advance of that deadline.

And, we truly hope you can understand our decision. As a small company, we sometimes have to make painful choices and remind ourselves to stay on our path to move forward to the greater good.

Thanks for your continued support,
The Design Aglow Team

You’re a busy photographer/cinematographer/creative. You don’t have an extra $150-$10,000 laying around to collect sample products and you definitely don’t have a week to style rooms, hang art on the walls, set up flat lays, collect inspiring props AND THEN photograph everything and edit the images.

When a client comes to your website, what do they see first? Your logo? .Jpgs? Or aspirational products? Today, consumers make decisions in split seconds. You need to impress and you need to do it quickly and flawlessly.  If you are an IPS photographer (offering in-person sales), you already know how important it is to sell PRODUCTS, not .jpgs. Ditch that opening slideshow of jpgs and and show prospective clients what they are coming to you for: keepsake art (even if they don’t know it yet).
