#1: What does the cost of the products include?
A: All of the prices listed on Design Aglow Print include the one-time use of the designs in our customizer, the cost of printing and the actual delivered product… So everything (Woohoo)! Please keep in mind that paper type upgrades and shipping fees are additional.
#2: Can I change the layout or fonts in your products?
A: To make customizing as easy and successful as possible, we have created color palettes and themes for you to choose from. Fonts are also predetermined for this same reason. Want more design options? Many designs are available for full purchase at Design Aglow or via our contributors’ sites, which include fully layered Photoshop and/or Indesign files for unlimited customizations.
#3: I’ve purchased Design Aglow templates in the past. Do I receive a credit?
A: No. Although Design Aglow Print allows creatives to utilize variations of the designs that Design Aglow offers, it is a separate company. Print operates as a unique entity with a 24/7 customer platform, professional printing, and shipping (all with no Photoshop or software!). We do not charge a membership fee (yay!), and the cost of Print products include the use of our intuitive software, 24/7 access to designs, professional verbiage, auto-population of your business information, and much more.
#4: How do I set up the auto-population of my business information so it appears in my product designs?
A: Simply login and go to My Account > My Product Profiles. Once you fill out all of the information, our site will automatically add in all of your information when you customize a product as long as you’re logged in. You can get more details on Print features and how to use them here.
#5: How much does it cost to ship your products?
A: We offer flat rate shipping within the Continental US for only $10, and to Hawaii, Alaska or Canada for $20. We have also upgraded shipping options, which are listed here. International customers, hang tight! We’re working on international shipping options and will be available very soon!

I spent the last 15 years as either a graphic artist, communications director or marketing director until transitioning to full time photographer four years ago.
