2016 Holiday Deadline Announcement


Need albums, frames or packaging for holiday gifts? Please make sure you review our holiday order deadlines so you get your orders and gifts on time!

Albums:
November 25th for ground shipping
December 5th for overnight shipping (extra fees apply)

*Please note: holiday deadlines only apply to regular album orders and do not apply to sample album orders.

Frame Shop:
December 7th for ground shipping

*Please note: In the rare chance that damage occurs during shipping, we unfortunately cannot guarantee replacements to arrive by December 24th. All replacements are shipped via the original shipping method. Please allow for extra time if an order is absolutely needed by December 24th. 

Paper Shop:
December 12th for ground shipping*
December 15th for overnight shipping*
*Only applicable to orders without embossing.

Embossing & Engraving Orders: December 5th for ground shipping
Embossing & Engraving Orders: December 7th for overnight shipping

All deadlines guarantee shipment date on or before December 22nd, pending no shipping delays.

Please note: We are not responsible for delays that occur via UPS or FedEx due to weather or extreme circumstances that are out of our control. We will notify you if there are any orders heavily delayed after being processed and shipped.

HOLIDAY CLOSURES:
Design Aglow Albums, Frames and Packaging departments will be closed from December 22nd, 2016 through January 1st, 2017. There will be limited customer service during this time and shipping will resume on January 4th, 2017. Please allow our team up to 48 business hours for any customer service inquiries.

One thing we love about living in Portland is the strong emphasis on sustainability and a genuine concern for the environment. The natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest has obviously inspired locals to care and take action, to protect the lushness surrounding them. The name of the game here is conservation and preservation - with multiple trash/recycle/compost bin options in every restaurant and coffee shop, to chicken coops adorning backyards aplenty. We’re so pleased to see this positive trend hit the design and technology spheres, as hard copies become a thing of the past and the Cloud becomes the Internet’s new storage bin.

I’m Cheyenne, and I’m a body positive, self love boudoir photographer based in Philadelphia. I love my mama, my puppy girl Penny, my babe, and cheesesteaks.
