Provide a luxury experience from start to finish with the Wedding Welcome Packet

When you present your brides and grooms with Design Aglow’s Wedding Welcome Packet, their minds will be set at ease knowing that you’ve put so much thought into their event. You’ll build instant rapport and immediately get them thinking about future purchases. Hear what Melissa of Melissa Arlena Photography has to say about her success with the Welcome Packet:

"I have been using the Design Aglow Welcome Packets for several years now. When I first started out I would bring my welcome kit along with a bridal magazine in a nice box with my logo and a bow on it for consults. Clients were always blown away by their gift; they loved going through all the cards and checking out my tips and vendor referrals. I loved that it gave them a good impression of me from the start. When the Modern Minimalist version came out I knew it was the perfect update for my kit. Sure I could have updated the old templates but I really didn't have time for all of that. I love that with Design Aglow I can get something that looks professional and beautiful, and it's so easy to drop my photos in, update the text with my studio information and send off to the printer!

I love that it gives my clients that high end impression of my business from the start. Filled with information about working with me and planning for the wedding establishes my expertise. Going forward I plan to add information about albums, framing and other products. I want to educate my clients from the start and keep planting the seeds to purchase additional products from me. I don't always get to do in person consults anymore so clients aren't seeing albums in person but with Design Aglow's new album offerings and templates to sell them I think more and more clients will be adding albums on to their wedding collections!

Also, clients love getting packages in the mail so typically when I send these out I quickly find myself being tagged on Instagram and Facebook with photos of the welcome kit! That is the best marketing I could ask for."

Thanks for sharing, Melissa! We love your approach and are so happy for your success. Enjoy your $75 shopping spree on us~

I recently travelled to Banff, Alberta on a spontaneous trip with another filmmaker, Mike, and we spent one week exploring around the national park. The trip was planned a week before we left. My friend flew from LA and met me in Vancouver and we began our 10 hour road trip.I recently travelled to Banff, Alberta on a spontaneous trip with another filmmaker, Mike, and we spent one week exploring around the national park. The trip was planned a week before we left. My friend flew from LA and met me in Vancouver and we began our 10 hour road trip.

What we do, as photographers, matters; and it matters a lot. Their photos; their irreplaceable family memories. Memories matter, and it's up to us as photographers to make sure that we capture their best selves. How do we do that? The experience.
