modern minimalist wedding invitation & packaging

The ability to use a template for a multitude of projects is one of the things our customers love about Design Aglow templates! Rya Boyce of ryaphotos shares, "I love using the Design Aglow templates for my personal use as much as I do for my business. When searching for the perfect destination wedding invitation for my own wedding, it made perfect sense to incorporate some creative ideas from my Design Aglow arsenal. One of my favorite features of the Design Aglow templates is the ability to mix and match ideas and styles to suit your needs. I used a variety of Design Aglow's templates to create a unique destination wedding invitation suited exactly to my taste. To give guests wedding day details and destination information, I used the 8-page brochure template from the Modern Minimalist Marketing Suite. I wanted to present my wedding invitations in an organized way so that guests could easily refer back to their packet in the months leading up to the wedding to help answer any questions they may have so I packaged it all up neatly using the small white welcome folders from the Design Aglow Paper Shop, then sealed the package with a sticker I created using a template from the Modern Minimalist Packaging Accessories.

Creation was a breeze and it suits my style and gives our guests a taste of what their wedding experience will feel like. I couldn't love the new Modern Minimalist suite of products more. It not only conveys exactly the brand identity that I want my clients to associate with ryaphotos, but it transfers to my personal style as well- making the Design Aglow Modern Minimalist product suite the perfect fit for me and my business. And I was THRILLED when the Design Aglow Paper Shop opened up! I had been searching for a one-stop-shop for all of my marketing and packaging needs forever! Wait is over. Design Aglow rocks!! Thank you! Thank you! Since some of my invited guests are also studio clients, I love that my wedding invitation carries the same clean, modern, professional look as my brand. Wedding guests are going crazy over my invites using phrases like "Your wedding invite is flipping amazing!!". Thank you Design Aglow for constantly helping me set my studio (and now my personal style) apart from the rest! I will use your products 'til the end!!"

Thanks for sharing, Rya! Enjoy your $75 shopping spree on us~

I secretly bought a mail-order 35mm camera when I was 15, and took lots of ordinary photos of animals and nature for several years. Although I majored in art and studied photography in college, my career started in marketing and advertising, from the client service end. Then I had the most beautiful baby, found my old camera and realized how much I love photographing people.

Hi! Tell us a little bit about yourself. What was your road like to becoming a photographer?

Hello! I am a portrait photographer based south of Boston, MA. My passion is capturing mothers and their growing families. Maternity and newborn portraits are the foundation of my business, and I also capture baby milestones, children, and families. Fun fact: I returned the diamond earrings my husband bought me for our first Christmas as a married couple to buy a digital camera.

When I was in college, I had a friend who was a professional photographer. The first time I went to her home, I walked in to find stunning photographs of her children on the walls.

There was a huge canvas in their living room and a creative photo display in the main hallway. I remember being so moved by the beauty of those images, thinking to myself, “I want to create images like this!” I bought myself a DSLR as a graduation present, learned photography from online courses and started my photography business about a year later.
