Design Aglow Diaries: Sacramento, CA to Portland, OR

Day 5: The final stretch (Sacramento, CA to Portland, OR) Almost there! With a newfound energy in knowing that there was less than 10 hours left of our adventure, we set out  to conquer the road. Our route was from Sacramento, CA to the final destination of Portland, OR and the sights in-between were simply breathtaking. Everything from northern California and up was nothing but rolling green hills, mountains (Mount Shasta shown in the photos), and winding curves. As we made our way into Oregon (yay!) the scenery changed to lush green hills upon hills of tall trees that varied in all different shades in the setting sun. Just after sunset we made our way into the city of Portland and found our destination! Thank you all for following along in this 5-day journey and keep following #designaglowdiaries as we explore Portland and more of our team starts their trip!

The train was actually quite convenient and a great way to relax after a long flight. You can buy snacks (and WINE) for your 2 hour trip without even leaving the station.
