At Design Aglow (a place we affectionately refer to as a little company with big ideas), we have so much to be thankful for: a business that we love, coworkers that are quick with a funny story or a kind word or a Starbucks run, and customers that inspire and push us forward so that we’re the best Design Aglow we can be. We’re also thankful for coffee, the Design Aglow dogs, and our Lead Designer Ashleigh’s baby, whose arrival is just around the corner. Here are our lists, a behind-the-scenes peek at what we’ll be giving thanks for today. (And if it seems like we’re gushing about how much we like each other, it’s all authentic: we really do have fun): I am thankful for our brilliant, dedicated, and up-for-anything-anytime team at Design Aglow: Sarah, Lauren, Ashleigh, Anna, Rachel, Carry, and Mike. They are the solid foundation for a Design Aglow, a company with a well-earned reputation of innovation and excellence. I am thankful for my family, who supports and loves me unconditionally every single day. My heart explodes with love just thinking about them. I am thankful for being able to lead a life that is absolutely perfect for me. I am thankful for the sometimes bumpy road I traveled to get here, and for the lessons learned along the way. I wouldn't trade it for the world. ~Lena, Founder and CEO I am thankful for…. a protective yet gentle dog with boundless energy. A husband that cooks, makes cuban coffee (and builds things!). Soft, fuzzy slippers to slide into when I wake up. My job at Design Aglow (it's a lot less like 'work' and more like a place I get to go to be creative and inspired). Parents that give me the greatest example of a loving marriage. And vanilla ice cream packed with Double Stuf Oreos. ~Sarah, Production Manager Things I'm thankful for this year: • Design Aglow, my wonderful coworkers who make me happy and laugh day-in and day-out. • The successful launches of both the Frame Shop and Paper Shop - I just love these products so much! The frames are perfect for any style home, and I will definitely be gifting a few this year! And if you haven't seen them, you're totally missing out. • Technology. My husband is in the beginning stages of a deployment and technology completely changes the ability to communicate with him on a regular basis. I'm thankful for every moment I have had with him this year, and the future moments to come. • The Sweet Sangria by Illume candle at Target. Seriously. I now own 3 of them so my entire house can smell so amazing. • These crazy little furry individuals. They brighten my world every day. ~Lauren, Business Development Manager I am thankful for…a great team of coworkers at Design Aglow (the best!). Tomato-basil soup. Florida winters. My son, due Christmas Day! Moleskine notebooks. And my husband, who paints walls in our baby's nursery and then repaints them when I realize I don't like the color. ;) ~Ashleigh, Lead Designer I am thankful for...Design Aglow's Modern Monogram Kit (hello, holiday gifts!). The grown-up apple-y goodness of Starbucks' Caramel Apple Spice. The Rainbow Loom bracelets that my daughter gives to strangers to brighten their day. This bag from West Elm. And the fact that my 91-year-old grandmother still presides over our Thanksgiving dinner. ~Anna, Editor-in-Chief I am thankful for...my boyfriend (for traveling from Belgium to spend Thanksgiving with me this year), wool socks, weird foreign films, homemade cranberry sauce (though why do I only make it once a year?), and Adventure Time. ~Rachel, Editor, Project Life 365 I'm thankful for Design Aglow giving me the opportunity to be creative and taking the chance on me to work for this fabulous company. I'm thankful for living in such a cool country where you can live a comfortable life. I'm thankful for the fact that there are still cool people in the world that are kind and wonderful. I'm thankful for my amazing family that support me no matter what, even if I don't always believe in me, they do. I'm thankful for waking each day to find a new day to start something new. And i'm thankful for new juice machine...mmmmmmm delicious. ~Carry, Designer I am thankful for...being back home in sunny Florida! For my family and their support in my ventures. My new car! And for Design Aglow for bringing me on! ~Mike, Designer Wherever you are in the world, seize this moment to be thankful. We certainly are.

Hi, I'm Casey, a floral and visual designer, specializing in creating stylized events and gatherings. More than that, I love putting together visuals for retail and residential spaces utilizing natural components and botanical elements. Serving as the Creative Director for PlantShed, a full service, floral boutique in Manhattan, I have worked closely with high fashion and couture designers, bespoke interior design firms, and textile companies to help produce cohesive and thoughtful designs. While typically inspired by nature and organic shapes, I enjoy experimenting with more structured design concepts, botanical textures, and other far-reaching design aesthetics. But I never really meant to live in New York City. I came here in 2011 to spend a summer and potentially expand my career as a floral designer. Landing odd jobs and working freelance in the industry was exciting and stressful at first, though I eventually found a home at PlantShed, a New York based floral and plant company. So, let me tell you about PlantShe
I started my photography career in 1990 and, as expected from a traditional film photographer, my career followed a familiar path that transitioned to shooting digital. What you might not expect is thatI still embrace the traditional medium of film; in fact, it now lies at the heart of the images we create atCooper Photography.I've encountered many milestones over the years, but what I could not have foreseen were the three notable changes that saw me move full circle:
