Associate Wedding Photographer Agreement includes: • Introduction which outlines your business info and legal terms of the contract • Outline of Services to be Rendered • Studio Code of Contact • Equipment Care • Agreement Period • Copyright • Relationship of Parties • Indemnification • Transfer of Agreement • Associate's Representations and Warranties • Noncompetition • Nondisclosure • Payment to Associate • Jurisdiction and Arbitration • Release of Liability IMPORTANT PRODUCT INFORMATION Laws vary from state to state so it is recommended that your customized contract complies with your state laws. This contract is written according to US law so we can't guarantee that it will be appropriate for Canadian photography studios, but as the US and Canada have very similar legal structures, you shouldn't have to change it very much for Canadian clients.
