Associate Wedding Photographer Agreement includes: • Introduction which outlines your business info and legal terms of the contract • Outline of Services to be Rendered • Studio Code of Contact • Equipment Care • Agreement Period • Copyright • Relationship of Parties • Indemnification • Transfer of Agreement • Associate's Representations and Warranties • Noncompetition • Nondisclosure • Payment to Associate • Jurisdiction and Arbitration • Release of Liability IMPORTANT PRODUCT INFORMATION Laws vary from state to state so it is recommended that your customized contract complies with your state laws.
