Hello and welcome to our "Well Rounded" gallery collection. This tutorial should help you learn how to use them to their fullest and save you lots and lots of time! Remember that these templates are fully layered and contain only vector elements, which means you can print them at any size without any loss of quality. If you would like to up-size the collages please do so before running the action and inserting your images. This will yield a much better quality print. Simply go to Image-->Image Size--> in Photoshop and make sure that "Constrain Proportions" is checked.
Let's take a look at what the download came with:
~ JPEG_PREVIEWS - This folder contains a small preview of each layout for quick reference.
~ PHOTOSHOP_ACTION -This is where the magic happens. This file will automatically insert whatever images you tell it to into the appropriate template position. Simply double click the "INSERT IMAGES - WELL ROUNDED.atn" file to load it into Photoshop.
~ PSD_FILES - These are the files you will open in Photoshop and insert your images into.
~ PSE_ACTIONS ”“ This bonus folder contains actions to add your images if you are using Photoshop Elements 6 or newer. Click here to learn how to add and run actions in PSE.
~ read_me_pretty_please_COPYRIGHTSTATEMENT.txt - Make sure to read so that we are all on the same page about usage.

USING THE ACTION TO INSERT YOUR IMAGES
1) First, double click the "INSERT IMAGES - WELL ROUNDED.atn" file to load it into Photoshop.
2) Open the desired PSD template, such as "STYLE_1".
3) Press play on the corresponding action within the INSERT IMAGES - WELL ROUNDED folder in your actions palette.
4) Follow the steps along the way.
5) Using the "text" tool, click on the text and replace it with your own. (Or delete this layer for a text-free option.)
6) Be sure to "Save As" when you are finished so that you do not lose your original!!!
INSERTING IMAGES ONE AT A TIME
If you would like to insert the images one-by-one you may use the “INSERT ONE IMAGE” action located at the bottom of the actions. Make sure your PSD file is open and select the IMAGE LAYER of the space you would like to populate with your image. Play the “INSERT ONE IMAGE” action and follow instructions along the way.
This action is convenient when you need to switch out an image or insert the images in another order.
INSERTING IMAGES BY HAND
Inserting your own images into the templates is very easy. Perform the following steps:
1. Select the image layer you would like to populate in your LAYERS palette. (Likely called “IMAGE LAYER”)
2. Open your image and drag it onto the template using your MOVE tool (Keyboard shortcut “V”)
3. Click on the tiny black triangle in top right of your LAYERS palette to pull up the drop-down menu and choose “Create Clipping Mask”.
4. Use the FREE TRANSFORM tool (Keyboard shortcut Control+T) and drag in the corners of your image to position it correctly within the frame. Remember to hold SHIFT while you drag to constrain the proportions.
5. Press Enter to apply the transformation.
Repeat this step with any subsequent images.
In order to maintain the look of the templates you will need to have the same fonts installed on your system as the ones we used in the designs.
Style 1 - Chopin
Style 2 - American Typewriter
Style 3 - Pea Ashlyn
Style 4 - Pea Valerie
Style 5 - Times
Style 6 - Lane Narrow
The fonts we use in our designs are usually freeware or shareware fonts available for free on the internet. We cannot include the fonts in your download because they are protected under copyright. However you can download them directly from their creators.  We find that if you type in the name of the font into your favorite search engine you will come up with several download sources.
*TIP - At times you'll find that you would like to use a certain template, for example, with a majority of horizontal spaces, but your images are mostly vertical. Simply rotate the template 90° by going to IMAGE -> IMAGE ROTATION -> and choose 90° clockwise or counter-clockwise.
TIP: Everything on the template will rotate, along with the text. Make sure to rotate the text back to the proper orientation by highlighting the text layer in your layers palette and then choosing EDIT ->TRANSFORM ->ROTATE and choose 90° clockwise or counter-clockwise.

She shares,"I love the variety of products that Design Aglow offers because they give small business owners, like myself, a source for high quality, streamlined, and professional grade tools that are not easily found in the photography industry. I actively use so many of their resources:The Big Picture Plannerfor my own sanity,The Inspire Guideto help my clients find their vision, many design templates for books and albums, and OF COURSE theAlbums. Just to name a few.
We are photographers. We know our cameras, our lenses, and our lighting equipment. But what about people? We all know that some people-skills are required in order to be a successful wedding or portrait photographer. And we are also aware that not everyone is born with a natural ability to put people at ease quickly. So we’re going to help you create a game plan for successful interaction with clients.
Do you feel overworked and underpaid? Does it pain you to deliver digital images...but no album or wall portraits? Do you believe in tangible products, but don't think your market can support higher priced items?
If you answered "yes" to any of the above, you're not alone and there IS a solution: In-Person Sales. There's no limit to how much more money you can make by providing IPS instead of online sales or shoot & burn. Or how many hours you'll save because you'll be able to shoot fewer sessions to generate the same revenue. Or how many hours of sleep you'll get because you won't be worrying about money.
