simply gorgeous holiday cards for the busy studio

Today's share comes from Shauna of Shauna Maness Photography.  She says, "I used the flat Trend Alert Multipurpose Cards and added sides to create a folding card with a photo collage in the middle and then printed on pearl finish paper from WHCC... magic!  I send personal cards to my friends, family, and clients and in my client cards I add a gift for the new year.  They all have to be seamless, branded, and of course... crazy cool. This has been the craziest year of our lives and I wanted to tell the story casually through photographs inside the card- so I copied layers, resized a few, hid a text box, and flipped a layout and voila! Our coolest Christmas card to date! And the bonus gift certificate insert was PERFECT... so great I am printing more to send as thank you's... I even decided to print a custom address label and it is the PERFECT touch. I love you Design Aglow- and for the record: my husband does too. He would like to say thank you for making his wife available for life because she could use your super simple card templates. Gotta love my romeo ;) and of course, Design Aglow!" We adore this four sided version of the Trend Alert cards, Shauna!  Enjoy your $75 shopping spree on us~

Visiting Paris has always been on my bucket list and my two best friends and I have been talking about planning a trip for what seems like forever. Finally, one day while perusing flight deals we decided to just go for it. The plan was to travel to Paris first, London second and take the train back and forth. In hindsight, flying into Paris would've been much easier, especially after a long flight and jet lag. But easy doesn't make great memories! The train was actually quite convenient and a great way to relax after a long flight. You can buy snacks (and WINE) for your 2 hour trip without even leaving the station.
