fan share: alphabet bling

abc1 I kept looking at this image and thinking...I swear, I have been to this room before! Then I saw it was from Kris (and Andy) Mann, in Turks and Caicos and yes, I was there a lovely homemade dinner after consulting for Tropical Imaging a couple of years ago. What a gorgeous island and amazing hospitality there too... Kris says, "Loved the "alphabet bling" and the fan share from a few weeks back where the letters were printed and sold individually.  I quickly changed the colors in Photoshop to a red/green theme and used them as banners for my youngest Kate's birthday this week which was a Christmas themed party (complete with a candy table). I also used the "how sweet it is" templates to design our family Christmas card this year...we did the photos around a favorite spot here in the Turks and Caicos and the colors went right with the theme.  So it's been a design aglow Christmas here in the islands so far!  Happy Holidays to you and yours."

Visiting Paris has always been on my bucket list and my two best friends and I have been talking about planning a trip for what seems like forever. Finally, one day while perusing flight deals we decided to just go for it. The plan was to travel to Paris first, London second and take the train back and forth. In hindsight, flying into Paris would've been much easier, especially after a long flight and jet lag. But easy doesn't make great memories! The train was actually quite convenient and a great way to relax after a long flight. You can buy snacks (and WINE) for your 2 hour trip without even leaving the station.
