We think this share speaks for itself. Liz of Elizabeth & Jane Photography has some amazing tips for using newsletters as marketing pieces, “I created four newsletters from the Studio Newsletters: Wedding Collection, one for each season. I changed the colors for each newsletter to reflect the colors of the season and then chose my favorite panels from each newsletter design to make sure they all had the same information, just different images and testimonials based on what season they select. The object of this is to use it as a yearly marketing tool, so that I can give out the newsletter corresponding with the time of year the couple is getting married.
Unifying the templates also cut down on the time it took to create these marketing pieces. I love that I can deliver these, without worry, to local wedding vendor shops and they can hand them out as informational pieces to their clients. It makes me look like an expert in my field which automatically raises my credibility with these potential clients.
I had a student intern with me for a few weeks and selecting images for these newsletters was one of her tasks. The templates are so easy to use, that I just had to give her the files and she put the images in with absolutely no problems at all. It saved me a ton of time and I felt confident knowing that she was able to work without issues and help to create something beautiful for my clients.
I’ve added this to my Wedding Welcome Packet and I select the correct season to which the couple is getting married. They feel special that I’ve listened to them and have tailored which newsletter they receive.
The vendors I have teamed up with are excited to give something out that’s full of awesome information for their couples as well!”
