I also added images from my most recent weddings from 2011. I love these images as much as my clients do, and I wanted to showcase some of the favorites while still keeping them relevant to the content. I did change some of the verbiage to make it more in line with how I speak to my couples and how I represent my brand. I added the soft blue tapestry from my site’s background to a couple of the pages as the background. I ordered the folders in deep chocolate from one of the suggested on-line shops and ordered the personalized ribbon to add a special touch.

I decided to follow the same route in putting together a ‘thank you for meeting with me’ packet for potential brides/couples to take home. It is unexpected so I feel it will be remembered. It shows care, and I do care about these couples and their busy schedules and overwhelmed minds as they try to pick the right vendors for their wedding. In this packet, I used the vendor list and the engagement session card. I also tweaked the Welcome card to make a Thank You card. If these potential couples book me for their wedding day, they receive the Welcome Packet, which follows the design and the branding. It also adds more relevant information and helps aide in making their planning easier.

I LOVE this welcome packet!
