We *just* received our beautiful new Illy espresso machine with the Illy a case home delivery program and are completely smitten with our little X5 machine. Could we adore Illy any more, with its sublime taste, simple technology, outstanding selection of colors, and now the ultimate service for the busy artiste….monthly home (i.e. studio) delivery? I think not.

We know that a little espresso in the afternoon makes that editing go a little bit quicker, but does offering your clients a latte and a biscotti increase happiness and sales? What do you think?
