Today’s share comes from Liz of Elizabeth & Jane Photography. She writes, “I needed something quickly for a dog charity event I do every year. It needed to fit in with a “red carpet” theme and work for dogs. When I saw the Blog & Print Inspiration Boards: Magazine Style templates, I knew that was what I needed. I used the senior one to create posters as well as a “Magazine Style” print that would end up being the prize for the raffle. The street festival we were doing this at is HUGE and is very well attended and I needed something that was eye catching and would make people stop and have their dog’s photograph taken for charity. It was so easy to create these posters and magazine prints. For events like this, I try to make sure the end product still looks good, but doesn’t take me hours and hours to design – especially since I am donating my time. Everyone LOVED these! The posters got great reactions and we even took a shot of each dog “model” with their respective poster (Wellington and Stella). We had a great time and ended up raising over $800 for charity over a two day street festival. A great success!”
