Andrea of Harstein Photography shares, “I used portions of both the Portrait Client Welcome Packet and the Wedding Client Welcome Packets along with the Pre-Session Consult Kit for my new moms (birth, newborn & first year photography). I personalized the products by using my branding and fonts. I took the “preferred vendors” piece from the wedding packet and converted it into a preferred vendors list for my new moms. I listed: Birthing class, OB-GYN, birthing center, midwife, birth resources, breastfeeding, cloth diaper source, boutique baby store, and boutique clothing & deals. I put all of the pieces into a presentation folder, tied a piece of hemp around it and added a flower.

I LOVE IT! I think it looks professional and it gives me confidence to know that I have everything that I need to show a mom why she should choose ME for her birth and first year pictures. Between all three products, all of my marketing needs have been met. I’m so proud of them!

The reactions I’ve received so far from clients has been great. It’s so fun to watch a mom open it up with a smile on her face. One mom told me yesterday, “Gosh, you just know everyone, don’t you? You’re so connected”, in regards to my preferred vendors list. It made me smile and I told her to just wait until after she’s had this baby. She’ll feel like she knows everyone, too!
