We have just released two beautifully simple forms to help streamline your studio’s workflow. Both are fully customizable layered psd files with room for your logo and contact information.

The first is a studio order form, or invoice. I use this exact form for all of my orders and my assistant and I are always on the same page,lol! Everything is right there…including a model release and copyright policy, which the client signs and dates.

The second form is an album design form. This form is given to wedding clients to organize their album order and guides them through the process by category, from start to finish. All our studio verbiage is also included.
