To chage the color of the picture frames
*Create new layer (optional)
*Select the Magic Wand Tool
*Select the middle of a picture frame (this should give you the “marching ants around the inside of the frame”)
*Go to Edit
*Select Fill
*Select Color and match your color to whatever you desire
To Change the color of the light gray background designs
*Create New Layer (optional)
*Go to Select
*Go to Color Range
*The Select Box (above fuzziness) should read : Sampled Colors
*Slide your Fuzziness to “0″ (this was the key step! )
*The button below the picture should have “image” selected (instead of “selection”)
*The Selection Preview box should read : Quick Mask
*The invert box should not be checked
*The “sampled colors” box will give you an eyedropper tool to use….select the light gray area that you want to change (in the image in the box)
*Select OK
*All of the “marching ants” should be surrounding the light gray background designs of the Jpeg.
*Go to Edit
*Go to Fill
*Use Eye-dropper to select your color (same as in above)
*If you wish to play with the opacity of your color, you can do so in the layers box.
