Technology is not perfect; whether it’s a computer crashing, hardware theft, or accidentally saving over the original file, you should always have a contingency plan to protect against the unexpected.

As of July 10th, 2012, Design Aglow can no longer provide additional files in the event of a hard drive emergency. We HIGHLY ENCOURAGE you to take a moment now and back up all of your Design Aglow files to an external hard drive or second computer.

Please remember to immediately back up your future purchases, and always treat your files as you would any other precious store-bought product.
