Jeff and Julia Woods’ photography is a original blend of photojournalism and lifestyle; as photographers they each have their own style which they enhance by working together to produce a unique perspective. Jeff’s love of fashion and modern culture coupled with Julia’s passion for capturing relationships and stories come together with creative images that showcase their client’s hearts and minds with contemporary urban imagery.

They conduct private workshops instructing nationally and internationally recognized photographers in all aspects of studio management, marketing and creative inspiration. Jeff and Julia have been honored to have their work recognized by numerous associations. Their albums have been accepted into the Professional Photographers of America (PPA) loan collection, Wedding Print of the Year from Wedding Portrait Photographers International (WPPI) print competition, five Kodak Gallery awards, two Kodak Elite award and eight Fuji Masterpiece awards. They both have received their master and craftsman degrees through Professional Photographers of America (PPA). Their work is regularly featured in Rangefinder, PDN, Professional Photographers of America, American Photographic and The Rainbow trade magazines as well as various technical resource books. Their work is featured in such consumer publications as Grace Ormonde, Martha Stewart Weddings, In Style Weddings, Modern Bride and Bride Magazine.
Jeff and Julia find their career in photography highly rewarding; it allows them to do what they love both professionally and personally. They balance the demands of busy careers with the joy of raising 4 small children in their hometown of Washington, IL.
