Modern Branding for Your Studio Using the Welcome Packet

It's no secret that our Welcome Packets are a turnkey solution for studio branding and taking your business to the next level with your clients. Kat Theis from Mustard Seed Photography and the Develop Retreat explains how she uses the Modern Minimalist™ Welcome Packet, Wedding Contract, and Welcome Folders for her business:

One of the biggest priorities in my photography business is to create a meaningful experience for the customer, one which extends beyond the initial consultation and shows them how excited I am to have the opportunity to work with them! 4-6 weeks after each wedding booking, I send out a welcome packet filled with gifts and goodies for the happy couple! This small gesture offers something tangible that our clients can enjoy over the next 8-12 months while they wait for their wedding - and it helps guide the couple in how they can make the most of their investment with Mustard Seed. Most photographers only get to meet with their clients a handful of times before their wedding rolls around, which doesn't make it easy to get to know them any better much less help them through the photography process. By sending out a welcome packet, I'm able to give valuable information to each couple on the topics that matter most - such as first looks, lighting and day-of timelines, photography logistics, client personalization in the photography process, along with so much more! And as an added bonus, the client gets an extra glimpse into my personality, brand and style - which helps create a greater level of trust and ultimately leads to amazing photographs.

Every Design Aglow product is so easy to customize, especially the welcome packet! The templates are so user friendly - making it a simple process to add your own photographs, logo, fonts, colors and more! In less than an hour, I had the entire welcome packet designed and sent to the printers! Once assembled all together in the welcome folders, along with a copy of their signed contract, the entire set of printed products looks so beautiful and professionally done.

Clients are always raving about the little care package they receive in the mail from Mustard Seed Photography! They tell me how personalized it is, and how helpful the information will be while they spend the next few months working out the details of their wedding!

Thanks so much for sharing, Kat, and enjoy your $75 gift certificate in the shop~
