We have a beautiful share from Jessie at J.Passon Artistic Portraiture today, ” I recently completed my 2009 marketing materials and wanted to share since I am loving them! My studio colors are turquoise and brown so I completely customized the Inspire Guide: Portrait Displays 2 to match by brand.

When a client books a session with me, they receive a folder containing the portrait agreement along with all of the current product offerings and pricing, as well as a postcard and business card. At the session, clients can look through the Inspire Guide coffee table book featuring images from past sessions which illustrate actual display ideas. After the session, they receive a goody bag with chocolates, a postcard, and a mini version of the Inspire Guide. I had 4×5 prints made of each page of the Inspire Guide and put them together with a ring clip. The client is also given a “How to use this guide” information sheet giving them a variety of ways to be inspired. The last way I used the Inspire Guide was to create a password protected gallery online that clients can view after their session. It features the same pages in the coffee table book, so even though I take the coffee table book version home with me, they always have access to the pages online.

To tie everything together I used my logo font as well as my other main font, and the same 3 colors throughout the Inspire Guide and all of my marketing materials.

Shannon Phillips of Imago Vita Photography writes to us today with her beautiful share, “I love these thank you cards I made with your Inspire Guide templates! There are just endless uses for them and they are so easy to customize. I have 5×7 prints made with a linen texture with a card cover containing my thank-you text. I then create a unique presentation by connecting the cards with a mini brad and present the gift in a black 5×7 envelope. I send these to my brides right after a wedding with their own wedding images and signature colors to customize the cover. They are much appreciated and are also great for my sales.
